The management of the University of Lagos has officially announced that the post UTME screening form will be released on Monday, 11th October 2021 and end on Friday, 29th October 2021. Candidates who did not make the university their first choice will not be considered for admission and are advised to go to their JAMB portal to change their choice of institution. In the same vein, candidates who are not up to the age of sixteen are not eligible to apply. Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME Screening will not be considered for admission. Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn on the basis of poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on the condition that the new admission shall be for a new programme/course different from the former programme/course.   Any student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission. The times higher education, THE has released it's 2022 world universities ranking. In the ranking the university of Ibadan maintain it's former spot as the no.1 in Nigeria and between 401 to 500 in the world ranking. The university of Lagos, Covenant university amongst other top universities in Nigeria however seems to have stepped higher in the ranking. The rankings were conducted based on 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators that measure an institution’s performance across four areas: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook. The management of the university of Lagos (UNILAG) has announced via it's official website that it has reopened it 20/2021 Post-UTME registration portal to allow interested candidates start or complete their applications. The online registration portal for the Screening Exercise will be re-opened for a period of fourteen (14) days, that is, between Tuesday, December 1, 2020, and Monday, December 14, 2020. Interested applicants are advised to use this opportunity to complete their applications, prospective candidates are equally advised to seize the opportunity to upload their awaiting results onto the portal.
