LASU drops, UNILAG rises in latest THE World University Rankings 2022 (List)

The times higher education, THE has released it's 2022 world universities ranking. In the ranking the university of Ibadan maintain it's former spot as the no.1 in Nigeria and between 401 to 500 in the world ranking.


The university of Lagos, Covenant university amongst other top universities in Nigeria however seems to have stepped higher in the ranking.

The rankings were conducted based on 13 carefully calibrated performance indicators that measure an institution’s performance across four areas: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook.

Manchester United were too strong for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge to beat Chelsea 2-0 courtesy of goals from Anthony Martial and Harry Maguire. It was also a game that saw Odion Ighalo make his debut.  One of the anticipated battles on the night was the midfield battle between Fred and N'golo Kante and both players did not disappoint fans though Kante was substituted early in the game because of injury.  Before he was taken off, he had a duel with Fred and the picture of that duel has got people talking.
