FUOYE extends part-time programme application deadline for 2020/2021 session

The management of the Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) hereby informs all applicants interested in the 2020/2021 Part-time Application that the application Portal has been opened.



According to the school's management, the application will only be opened for three(3) days, thus, all applicants are to seize the opportunity to apply.

FULOKOJA Release 2021 Post-UTME/DE Form: eligibility and registration details

This is to inform the general public especially prospective candidates of the Federal University Lokoja (FUL) that the management of the institution have released the Post-UTME form for the 2020/2021 academic session. However, In compliance with the COVID-19 protocols, the Admission Screening Exercise for the 2021/2022 academic session will be online (non-appearance).  Candidates' O’level result(s), UTME scores and DE certificates will be evaluated. ICPC arrests Nigerian professor for alleged N400 million fraud

The Independent Corrupt Practices Commission, ICPC has arrested the acting Director-General (DG) of the National Biotechnology Development Agency (NABDA), Alex Akpa, for allegedly defrauding the federal government of N400 million. In a statement signed by the  anti-graft agency 's spokesperson, Azuka Ogugua on Wednesday, the agency said it is also investigating the official for abuse of office. According to the report, Mr Akpa, who is a professor of microbiology, was arrested by operatives of the commission to answer questions on how the said amount was misappropriated under his watch. The ICPC also said investigations revealed that the money, which the acting DG had claimed to be an intervention fund for the biotechnology agency, was diverted into private pockets.
