The president of the Academic staff union of Nigeria Universities (ASUU) Prof. Abiodun Ogunyemi has declared that the Union doesn't has a Twitter handle, describing guise accounts as impersonators. The Academic union president released this statement during a virtual interview with Arise News at The morning show program.  During the interview Prof. Abiodun Ogunyemi when asked about the inconsistency in it negotiations between the Federal government about how the body via it supposed Twitter handle advised Lecturers and members of its Union to not depend on only their educational job, advising it's member look into other source of income... RSUST extends post UTME registration deadline for 2021/2022 academic session

Notice is hereby given to the general public and prospective students of the Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST) that the management of the institution has extended the deadline for the 2021/2022 Post-UTME registration. The deadline which was scheduled earlier has now been extended to October 14th, 2021, according to the management. JUST IN: Renowned Nigerian Poet J.P. Clark Dies at 85

Renowned Nigerian poet, Prof. John Pepper Clark has died at the age of 85.   The emeritus and highly respected professor of Literature who was born on the 9th April, 1935  in Kiagbodo, Nigeria  died today, October 13, 2020. JP Clark reportedly joined his ancestors on Tuesday morning in an undisclosed hospital in Lagos where he had been receiving treatment. His death was announced in a statement signed by Prof. C. C. Clark.   The statement reads: "The Clark-Fuludu Bekederemo family of Kiagbodo Town, Delta State, wishes to announce that Emeritus Professor of Literature and Renowned Writer, Prof. John Pepper Clark, has finally dropped his pen in the early hours of today, Tuesday, 13 October 2020.   "Prof. J.
