NYSC: FG Enrols Corp Members Into Compulsory Health Scheme

The Federal Government has approved the enrolment of members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in the National Health Insurance Scheme.

This was revealed today 9th November in a statement released by the Director-General of NYSC, Brigadier-General Shuaibu Ibrahim


The Brigadier general started his statement by saluting and expressing gratitude towards the security agencies and other stakeholders for their support

Furthermore, he said the scheme has concluded arrangement with the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) for the enrolment of corps members into the NHIS in line with a presidential directive. 

He then concluded his statement saying that they have also expended huge resources on critical health needs of corps members, including footing of medical bills

PTI Release Post-UTME/HND Screening Dates for 2021/2022 Session

The management of the Petroleum Training Institute, Effurun (PTI) has release the Post-UTME/ HND screening dates for the 2021/2022 admission year, all prospective students are hereby informed that; HND Interviews will take place from Monday 1st to Friday 5th November 2021, while the Post UTME Screening will take place on Tuesday 16th and Wednesday 17th November 2021. All prospective students who have applied for the screening are to take note of the date and prepare adequately.

Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, has said he is looking to bring in attackers, following their 1-0 defeat to Newcastle on Saturday.
