BREAKING: ASUU Said It Doesn't Have a Twitter Handle, Describes Guises as Impersonators

The president of the Academic staff union of Nigeria Universities (ASUU) Prof. Abiodun Ogunyemi has declared that the Union doesn't has a Twitter handle, describing guise accounts as impersonators.

The Academic union president released this statement during a virtual interview with Arise News at The morning show program. 


During the interview Prof. Abiodun Ogunyemi when asked about the inconsistency in it negotiations between the Federal government about how the body via it supposed Twitter handle advised Lecturers and members of its Union to not depend on only their educational job, advising it's member look into other source of income...

The Professor said ASUU doesn't have a Twitter handle and hasn't made any such statement, describing those account claiming to be ASUU's as impersonators, therefore, advised the public to disregard any information released by those Twitter handles.

Also, during the interview the Professor when asked if the Federal government has truly accessed to almost all ASUU's demands, the Professor said none of its demands has been meant, says all FG did was promise but no action has been made.

Another meeting is expected to be held tomorrow Friday 20th November as the Educational Union await a formal letter from FG, Professor Ogunyemi said.
