Picture: Fred and Kante Breaks the Internet With This Picture

Manchester United were too strong for Chelsea at Stamford Bridge to beat Chelsea 2-0 courtesy of goals from Anthony Martial and Harry Maguire. It was also a game that saw Odion Ighalo make his debut. 

One of the anticipated battles on the night was the midfield battle between Fred and N'golo Kante and both players did not disappoint fans though Kante was substituted early in the game because of injury. 

Before he was taken off, he had a duel with Fred and the picture of that duel has got people talking. While he challenged Fred for the ball, Fred was smiling while Kante set his eyes on the ball. 

Many fans have interpreted the picture the way they feel, while some even mocked Kante and others praised Fred for his doggedness. 

Fred has been one of the Manchester United's best players under Solsksjaer while Kante has struggled with injury under Lampard

Lagos State Approves full Reopening of KG, Nursery, Primary and Secondary Schools

The Lagos State Government has approved October 19th for the full resumption of all remaining classes including Kindergarten classes in both public and private schools in the state. This was revealed in the statement released by the state Commissioner for Education on the 12th October, 2020.  The state commisioner for education, Folasade Adefisayo made it clear that physical resumption for the 2020/2021 academic session would include pupils in pre-primary classes particularly those in daycare, kindergarten, and nursery schools. She also said that the decision was taken after careful deliberations and consultations with relevant stakeholders including safety professionals and nursery school providers.  She urged school owners, principals and proprietors of private schools to adhere strictly to the COVID-19 safety protocols as earlier outlined by the Nigeria defense for disease control (NCDC). Since Frank Lampard took charge of Chelsea, he has given game time to a chunk youth players and this has made the club more attractive to the rising stars of the game. According to report, rising star attacker George Nunn has put pen to paper on a long term Chelsea deal. Following a series of scouting and trials, the republic or Ireland star joined Chelsea from Crewe Alexandra at the end of his U16 year, and penned his first professional contract in November 2018.
